Birth Doula

Free Zoom consultation with either Isabelle or Kayla to make sure we are a good fit. From there we have one on one meeting during the late third trimester where we review the details of your birth plan, review comfort measures and coping techniques, and answer any last-minute questions. From these discussions, we develop a personalized birth plan for you.

Once labor begins, we provide support to you and your partner throughout the entire birth process. We utilize our expertise to help support you both physically and emotionally as well as provide any information and resources you may need as the birth process unfolds.

After the birth, we remain with you for 1-2 hours to help insure a smooth transition into postpartum. We make sure that you’re fed, comfortable, and that all your questions have been answered.

Once you have transitioned home, we offer one optional in-home postpartum visit. Your doula will check in to make sure you are getting settled into your new roles. We are also available for phone, text, or email for support during this period.
